Evaluations & intake inquiries.
Interested in a psychological, autism spectrum, or memory evaluation? Let us know and we will explain the process and what you receive at the end.

In-person and telehealth.
Choose in-person visits at our Philipsburg office or secure telehealth sessions. We can adjust as needed.

What to bring.
Any relevant records, a list of questions, and your insurance information if you plan to use it. Prior testing or school reports help for evaluations but are not required.
